Therapy Dogs at Abbott Library

Hamilton the therapy dog visits the library.

Therapy dogs return to Abbott Library for monthly visits during the fall semester! The visits are designed to give students, faculty and staff a chance to take a break, reduce stress and enjoy the company of friendly dogs.

Research has shown that interacting with therapy animals can help lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety and improve overall well-being. The dogs will be available in Room B15 in the basement of Abbott Library.
